Senator Josh Kohl leads the conservative pack, as rated by 4 different legislative score cards. (Idaho Freedom Foundation, John Birch Society, Idaho Republican Party Platform, and Institute for Legislative Analysis). Compared to all Idaho Senators, Senator Josh Kohl is consistently ranked as the single most, or in the top 5, most conservative, republican senators in the state in all rating score cards.
